3) How much does a listing cost? Standard listings for 30 days start at just $9.95. You will find that this fee is quite competitive. We are able to offer such a low fee because of the significant efforts made to create our automated system of listing submission.
4) How much does it cost to search listings? Searching listings is absolutely FREE. In addition, unlike many other directory sites, we do not require that you register in order to see search results.

To determine the number of monthly listings, at the beginning of each month, we determine the number of listings you had from the beginning to end of the prior month (even partial months count). We then provide a rebate based on the number of listings you had and the amount paid.
2) How can I remove my listing? If your property has been rented out and you wish to remove your listing, simply log in and click on "Manage Listings" to find your particular listing. You can either delete the listing or mark the listing as "Rented." Deleted listings are instantly removed from the database. Be careful with this as deletion can not be reversed. Marking an item "Rented" will still show the listing on the public website but it will indicate that the property is rented. The listing will automatically be removed once the expiration of the listing is reached. (e.g. 30 day listings will be removed in 35 days).
3) How does a prospective renter contact me? When you set-up your listing information, you are able to provide an optional phone number which you can choose to display on the web site or not. We found having a phone number is typically more effective and convenient to prospects. In addition, email is required however, we do not display your email address anywhere on the site. Users complete an online form that is then forwarded to your email address. The reason we do this is to prevent spam tools from scanning the site for email addresses to add. Of course, if you absolutely had to, you could put your email address in the text description area.
4) How many photos may I submit for my listing? Standard listings include a generous six photos. This is often adequate to properly showcase your listing. However, you may purchase an additional six photos if desired. Or if you upgrade to a featured listing, you also are allowed up to 12 photos.
ROOMMATE QUESTIONS
1) How do the roommate listings work? There are two purposes for roommate listings. Listings are submitted for either those that have an extra room and are seeking to fill it with a roommate or alternatively, listings are completed by individuals looking for a place to live.
2) How would a prospective roommate contact me? During the listing submission, a user may add their phone number (optional) and email. You may choose whether or not to display the phone number on the listing detail. Email is sent to the person with the listing through an online form.
3) What should I upload for a photo? It is really up to you. We just ask that you not upload anything that may be offensive or inappropriate. We reserve the right to remove or modify listings at any time if we deem it appropriate. We find most people upload a portrait of themselves and/or the actual rental and room.
4) How long does my listing last? Standard listings are for 30 days. You may purchase additional time when you create your listings.
